Life at Camp
Sample Daily Schedule
Every day at Tanuga Hockey combines focused hockey development with the adventure, friendships, and traditions of summer camp.
Campers begin the day with the Tanuga bugle, flag raising, and breakfast in the Mess Hall. From there, each hockey group follows its own daily schedule of on-ice training, off-ice development, camp activities, meals, and evening programs.
A typical day may include:
Wake Up & Flag Raising
Breakfast
On-Ice Hockey Training — 2 Hours
Lunch
Camp Activities & Adventure Programming
Dryland / Power Shooting
Dinner & Flag Lowering
Twilight Activities
Evening Program
Cabin Time & Lights Out
Camp activities may include watersports, swimming, rock wall climbing, trapeze, team challenges, field sports, and more.
Each hockey group follows a different rotation throughout the day, and exact ice times, activity periods, and schedules may vary. Evening programs are held each night and give campers the opportunity to come together for games, competitions, traditions, campfires, and other all-camp experiences.
This schedule is intended as an example and is subject to change.
